CACAO CEREMONY

OPEN THE HEART | RELAX YOUR BODY | ENHANCE FOCUS

Cacao is a doorway to transformation. When consumed in sufficient quantity and in the right setting, cacao is a powerful catalyst for all types of inner work. In a cacao ceremony, we work with this plant medicine to support our healing & growth. When approached this way, cacao will offer opportunities to cultivate greater self-love, awareness and expansion of our consciousness. This ceremony will be a mini shamanic journey, starting with meditative prompts for inner exploration, and advance to breath work and healing meditation right after the cacao is consumed.

HUNTER’S MOON CEREMONY

REINFORCING SELF-CARE TECHNIQUES AS WE ENTER THE HOLIDAY SEASON

This ceremony will turn students’ focus toward the importance of taking this time to prep for the winter season. The hunters moon is the time in which hunters would hunt for food to last for the winter. The animals are said to be the plumpest at this time making this an ideal time to hunt them. The modern yogi isn’t hunting animals, but the significance here is to take the time to prepare for the winter.
