This class is offered monthly and is a great way to stay focused on your life’s goals. You will be through a meditation followed by opportunities to journal. Manifest your dreams and goals by putting them out to the universe. It is so important to stay grounded during all phases of life. Meditating can help you be less reactive, feel less stressed, and be more focused. Maybe meditating is part of a wider personal development plan of some kind. Or maybe you’re looking to improve your relationships with those around you. Whatever the reason, training the mind through meditation is training in awareness, and training in awareness offers the potential to fundamentally transform your perspective on life!

Students attending who hold current memberships or purchase a 5-class (or more) package, will receive a complimentary Joyti journal.

YOGA NIDRA – ANTIGRAVITY & MEDITATION

SUNDAY 9/18 @ 6:30PM

Join us for a unique Anti-Gravity Yoga Nidra class. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. This class is ideal for those who have challenges with sleep patterns or finding difficulty with learning how to relax and let go. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

SOUND HEALING WITH SINGING BOWLS

SUNDAY 9/25 @ 6:30PM

Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind, and soul.

You will first be guided through a meditation to prepare the body and the mind for ultimate relaxation and bliss and then we will begin the sound healing.

What is sound healing? Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls to relax your mind and body and restore one’s mind, body and spirit back into balance. It is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing dating as far back as 40,000 years ago.

What are the benefits of sound healing?

Releases energetic blockages
Promotes relaxation
Reduces anxiety
Improves sleep
Cleanses and detoxes at cellular levels
Lowers stress levels
Lowers blood pressure

This class will be held monthly. Healing processes are initiated through entraining our brainwaves to synchronize with the perfect resonance of the bowls. Unique tones create the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking, and intuitive messages.
